before i get on to the game Chris did say he was going to run a Dr Who game shorlty, or thats my recollection...
The Game.
the team had hitched a ride on a sightseeing aircraft, the only aircraft that was ready to fly.
But the plane got in to trouble and crashed into the snow yards before the Norwegiean base. all but 4 survived the crash.
the front of the plane was crushed and the survivors had to smash ther way out. which for highly trained Rangers was bloody hard.
they excaped with a small amount of equipment before the plane blew up, they then made there way to the base.
ICE STATION Z
the base was a 4 level circular base sunken in the frozen ice. the top level was empty but as the team decended they dropped there big gun several times, and found some refrences to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Highjump and U-977 the last U boat.
but before they could properly take that in they came across a Zombire in the freezer, to kill it they blew up the top level more or less with butain, these were quick thinking rangers and the civillian medic.
as they decended deeper into the base they found the generator room and another Zombie, a Zombie wearing a Nazi uniform.WTF
it was shot in half and then inthe head, it was dead again. as the light came on so did the CCTV cameras and the shit really did hit the fan, because deeper in the base a cavern could be seen with a UFO and coming from the UFO was an army of Nazi Zombies commanded by none other than De Furher Hitler the Undead Zombie lord was comanding an army and they were comeing for fresh brains, it seams the Norwegians dug too deep. and as the chants for Heil Hitler grew the zombies came.
The Rangers held for a moment but the swarm was too great they made there way to the snow bike hanger in time to save the Medic, who was covered in Zombie blood, as the team rushed in they found two working Snow bikes. Heroically Poncho decided to stay behind and take out the Fuel dump to save the others.
Only he shot too early and killed Dutch. only Blain and the medic got away. but the sumartran Artifact which lay deep below in the Nazi flying Saucer which was powering the undead. took its last victim, the medic changed and bit deep in to blains neck killing him.
there were no survivors....

Sounds good and tense. I was worried that channeling Predator characters was going to lead to lots of mucking about and no drama.
