Salute 2009

Salute 2009 is on the last weekend in March this year. Is anyone thinking of going?

Well, I may drive if I go. Will wait until a bit nearer the time. If i go, there will be three spaces in the car.

Anyone thought any more about this? LG are going to be there and the cue buster tickets are available until the 22nd (I think) - they are a cheaper than on day. Also if you order 9 tickets you get the tenth one for free so anyone want to hire a mini-bus

Had a think and have decided that I won't be going to this. Expensive for me as I will basically pay to wander around for a bit, buy nothing and come home feeling strangely empty inside. I love the idea of Salute but in reality it doesn't have much to offer me. YM, i'm sure, MV.

I shall be away, but I will be back for the Star Trek ACTA game as promulgated lower down on this forum (Hint, Hint)

Think i am going to pass on this as well,
cash and the fact it clashes with my london pubmeet got me thinking what would be the better way of spending the afternoon, useing the money to go to london and sit in the pub with friends and have a meal and some drinks,or useing the same amount just to get up to,park and get into the event. And thats before i buy anything.

Pub it is then.
